Want to make a carrier in machine learning and data science.
Is getting into iit's necessary to become good at machine learning and data science or there are other ways to make a career in it ? If iit is necessary then what is cutoff for selecting this stream. if someone could write a post on this topic or answer in comments then it will be very helpful for me in planning accordingly.

why should one prefer GATE over macine learning ?
why should working professional prefer GATE over trending technology like machine learning. If they spent same amount of time to crack GATE in machine learning they would be getting better results. can some one explain me with pros and cons of preparing for GATE and getting started with Machine learning course ?

Government job for M.tech(CSE) Students
Hi Guys, I know many PSU/ Government organization recruits CSE student via GATE examination. But for most of them qualification requirement is B.tech only. Is there any PSU/ Government organization which requires M.tech(CSE) students (and which ... save each others time then it will be good because redundant effort could be saved. what do you guys think ?

I only knew that after giving GATE exams CSE engineer can either go for Mtech or MS or Direct PhD In IITs by directly applying in their respective websites Mtech or MS or Direct PhD Appy in CCMT portal to get Admissions in NITs or some top colleges ... Write ISRO and do job Write Separate exams for universities lie Amritha , VIT, SRM , Manipal , What are the other scopes ?

I have 3 years gap in education , one year after 12th and 2 years after my btech ,Will these gap of 3 years affect my chances of getting placed into product based companies after my mtech (cse) from IISc/IITs ?

Is 4 years of gap worth to get admission into old IITs?
I am a 2017 passout from mumbai university. I have a 1 year gap after 12th and two years gap after B.E.. I have a score of 570 and rank 2817 in GATE 2019. I have a cgpa of 6.17 so cannot apply to NIT. I think I'll ... 2020. But doing so will increase my gap to 4 years and I want to know how that will affect me during placements after M. Tech.

I am a 2018 batch passout from a government college, In the 4 years of engineering I haven't learn a single programming language bcoz of lack of opportunity in the college but somehow it was my fault, appeared for GATE-2018 with some preparation and scored 36.67 ... in India? What are the various resources for exploring this field? How can I get a job in this field? Please help me.
