I don't think this is a printing mistake. While the arrival time is still considered to be 0 for calculation, the "0+" notation indicates that the jobs were not present when the system started but arrived very shortly afterward.

so option c is right answer.

in chart you should  carefully notice that last unit of execution of process p start form 11 and complete at 12 so   completion time is 12.

but in question given that arrival time >0 for all process p is complete 12 when we are assuming AT=0;

but AT>0 according to question so answer must br > than 12

No, that diagram is correct.

last unit of execution of process p  starts at 10 and ends at 11 , so completion time is 11.

also in question arrival time for p is given as 0 .
