@ben10 see u can even make it simple as for every track each sector will make a particular constant angle and  angular velocity will be constant so as memory for each track..

so it will be #track * time for one track = 200

for linear velocity as diameter increases length of track also increases which makes more memory available for outer tracks = 20+40+........200 = 1100
