For GATE, 2024, I am going to solve previous years’ papers as mock tests, in order to get the proper feel of the actual exam.

When going through the syllabi for previous years, I found out that the 2015 syllabus has topics from web technologies, software engineering, numerical methods, etc.

So, does anyone have all previous years’ syllabi, or can anyone tell me how many previous years’ paper to solve, so that I don’t waste time studying the topics which won’t be asked in GATE, 2024?

First go through the syllabus once so that if you pick up any previous year paper which has out of syllabus questions, you can skip those.

There were very little changes in duration 2019 – 2023 as well (not sure about exact topics though). You can solve these as mocks and remaining prev year papers you can solve topic wise ques. So automatically you won’t end up putting in your efforts towards out of syllabus ques.
