Out of these $60$ cubes there are some cubes (vertices) which are $3$ faces/sides (Total $8$ vertices) and each vertex is associated with $3$ edges. $\therefore \text{Total no of cubes painted on two sides = (12 $\times$ 5) – (3 $\times$ 8) = 36}$ 2 votes 2 votes Please log in or register to add a comment.
