Code 3 isnt possible under HUffman coding because there has to be atleast 1 character whose code is single digit.

But if they hadnt mentioned huffman coding then Code 3 would have been possible.

CODE 2 is not possible because 0 is prefix of 00.

CODE 3 is also not possible because here the number of characters are 3. So, the possible tree structure corresponding to this CODE cannot be generated using haffman coding.
