At a single terminal CPU ,if 40% of all users have no wait to use ,terminal and the average wait time for all users is 50 minutes ,then what is the average wait time for those who wait?(Round off to the closest answer)

I think answer should be (c)

40% of total users don't wait thus average waiting time for them 0

total average time for all users is 50min

let average waiting time for those who wait be $x$

$.4 * 0 + 0.6 * x = 50$

$x = 50/ .6 = 83.33$
