In CSMA-CD,suppose A is sending data to B. colligen occure at middle of the  path then who will send jamming signal to whom ?

Whoever see the collision first is going to generate jamming signal.(at a different frequency ).  

jamming signal is seen by everyone in the network.When B see the jamming signal ,it discard the partially received packet.

can we say that: TCP uses only selective/independent acknowledgment not cumulative as it uses selective reject protocol??? and go back N uses both independent and cumulative acknowledgment?
