192.168.10.0/20 means subnet 255.255.240.0

so the range should be 

192.168.0.0 to 198.168.15.255

the /20 states that there are 20 network bits in this so just leave them and for range just put all 0's in host bits and then all 1 in that .
192.168.00001010.00000000.. so range will be from 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.15.255.  note that you are given an ip in this range it does not means that range will start after it only .
