TCP for virtual circuits

Question

TCP can be implemented in virtual circuits. (TRUE /FALSE )
Explain.

TCP uses pseudo virtual circuit switching, how can TCP use virtual circuiting, when it use IP at N/W layer(which uses datagram switching), but atleast it keep reserve resources at end points, so it is somewhere b/w datagram and virtual circuting.

with IPv4 TCP cant use virtual circuiting, but if used with IPv6, it can.

are at the host & destination side , not on the intermediate routers.
Virtual circuits involves all source destination & intermediate routers.

Yeah I agree with it, i.e.  what TCP is Currently (its used in datagram)
But Coming to the statement can it be used in Virtual circuits ?
then  why not? TCP has also a reliable mechanism.
