[DBMS] Decompose into BCNF and 4NF

Question

Minimum relations to decompose into BCNF and 4NF.List only relation names with attributes and total number of relations

I will add my solution after sometime.,

But it is not necessary that we will always have different tabes for each normal form.Some times the number of tables in INF and 4NF are same.but it is not the case always.It always depends the problem in hand

for 1NF I am getting 2 tables
for 4NF there will be MVD , so 4 tables
