For ISRO official notification, it is written that - 'Based on the academic performance and bio-data, initial screening will be conducted to short-list candidates for taking-up written test'. So what is this shortlisting all about? All applicants will be allowed to sit for the exam or not?

If their eligibility criteria is satisfied,you will be allowed to write the exam
