15 15 votes The start bit is used to signal the beginning of a byte and the stop bit is used to signal the end of a Byte. If question ask in synchronous serial communication then we need to append start bit for Frame , but since here it is not given so we need to assume asynchronous serial . Hence A is answer Reffer : GATE2002-1.11 Anu007 answered Jan 7, 2018 Anu007 comment Share Follow See all 3 Comments 3 3 Comments reply Mk Utkarsh commented Jan 7, 2018 reply Follow flag which part of kurose and ross covers this communication portion? btw your answer is better than others :) 0 0 replyShare dragonball commented Jan 20, 2018 reply Follow flag Plz give the complete link . 0 0 replyShare meghna commented Sep 9, 2018 reply Follow flag @Anu007 is asynchronous always by default?? 0 0 replyShare Please log in or register to add a comment.
