relational database(chapter 2 ex 2.10,korth)

Question

consider the advisor relation shown in figure with s_id as a primary key of advisor.suppose a student a student can have more than one advisor then s_id would still be primary key of the advisor relation? if not what will be primary key. 

is it s_id,i_id both combined can make a primary key or not??

s_id is student id and i_id is instructor id . Then as per your query if a student has multiple advisors/instructors, then why should there be a problem with s_id being the primary key?

there is relationship between student and advisor if we make table for for this relation the attribute will be attribute of both of the relation then how s_id can uniquely identify the particular student in the new table formed.s_id will be primary key for advisor table i agree but what happen when we make a new table which is combination of student and advisor???

to judge it require more than this

1) what about instructor? is he can map to more than one student? or not?

2) what is the participation of student in advisor relation?

3) what is the participation of instructor in advisor relation?
