Operating Systems - Memory Allocation

Question

Is it true that we can allocate only one process to one block?In First fit memory allocation scheme, can we allocate two processes to the same block of memory if block has the capacity to accommodate both of them?

see if that block has been derived after fixed partition allocation method of paging than you cannot put the same process into the block as this is the point where it will suffer from internal fragmentation...(you cannot insert anything untill the current page is there).

why not if there is a block of 200k ,there are two request of 100k and 100k we first allocate 100k , we left with 100k so assign 100k to left part....we this is how we used to do numericals on this topic
