Here we have many to one relation ship right

I got 

Table 1 {A,B}

Table 2 {A,C}

Table 3 {A,D}--> Bcz of many to many relationship

Table 4 {D,E}

Table 5 {D,F}

Ever two attributed dependencies are in BCNF. So answer is 5 as per me

3.Multi-value attribute C = { C, A}

4.Multi-value attribute F = {F, D}

5.For Mnay to Many relation = {A,D}
