The formula which is useful here is :-

s.(r.s)* = (s.r)*.s

where s and r are RE

let s=0 and R=00

then (000)* . 0 = 0 . (000)*

then 0.(000)* . 0 . (000)* = 0 . 0 . (000)* (000)* = 0.0.(000)*
