  • $C$ is the brother of $D$’s husband and son of $A$, which means $B,D$ are a couple and $A$ has 2 male children $B,C$.
  • $F$ is the daughter of $D$ and sister of $E$, which means $B, D$ have 2 children $E, F$

  • $E$ is the grandson of $A$, true.
  • $F$ is the daughter of $C$, false F is $B, D$’s daughter.So option $A,C,D$ are wrong.
  • $B$ is the father of $F$, true.
  • There is one son and one daughter in the group, false.
  • $C$ is the uncle of $F$, true.

So option (B) is correct here.
