Answer : Option D All of I, II, III and IV.

Count to Infinity problem arises because of routing loop formations. These routing loops may be either persistent as in case of DVR, or Transient as in case of LSR.

I think what @Himanshu555 is saying is correct and one more thing is that.

both persistent looping and count to infinity problem are same.

The Answer is I ans IV ..

In some case Instability will possible even though you use split horizon or split with postion reverse or hold down timers or Triggered updates ..

For instance take four nodes 3 in triangle …

Options are wrong...
