This type of logical question can be solved by finding the hidden patterns, we can also solve it accordingly..

7*3 = 21                            12*4 = 48                              38*3 = 114

13*3 = 39                          13*4 = 52                              39*3 = 117

21+39 = 60                        48+52 = 100                         114 + 117 = 231

 

Hence, Option “D” is correct.😀
