Hi Everyone,

I am a B.Sc graduate and currently studying in M.Sc Computer Science final year. I am also preparing for GATE 2024 examination. Due to multiple health issues and family problems I was only able to score overall 52% marks in B.Sc examination but currently in M.Sc I have maintained overall 72%.

I want to ask if I would be eligible for admissions in NITs through CCMT and IITs if I will able to score good marks in GATE exam.

I know that minimum 60% marks is needed in Qualifying examination for CCMT and most IIT admission but I am not sure if my B.Sc percentage would also be considered? I searched for this on multiple websites but did not get any information anywhere. I request you to please help me with this query. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

You can drop your query to support cells of IITs and NITs to check (if they haven’t already mentioned that in their brochures). Also you can call them to resolve your queries
