Study the following information carefully and answer the questions given below.
Six persons - $\text{K, L, M, N, O}$ and $\text{P}$ - lives on different floor of a building having six floors numbered one to six (the ground floor is numbered $1$, the floor above it is numbered $2$ and so on and the topmost floor is numbered $6$).

$\mathrm{L}$ lives on an even numbered floor. $\mathrm{L}$ lives on a floor immediately below $\mathrm{K}^{\prime} \mathrm{s}$ floor and immediately above $\mathrm{M}$ 's floor. $\mathrm{P}$ lives on a floor immediately above $\mathrm{N}$'s floor. $\mathrm{P}$ lives on an even numbered floor. $\mathrm{O}$ does not live on floor number $4$.

Who amongst the following live on the floors exactly between $\mathrm{K}$ and $\mathrm{P}$ ?

  1. $\text{O}$ and $\text{L}$
  2. $\text{L}$ and $\text{N}$
  3. $\text{L}$ and $\text{M}$
  4. $\mathrm{M}$ and $\mathrm{N}$

Consider the above diagram , the assumptions from the question 

L and P lives on the even numbered floor. So L and P can be at 2, 4, 6. 

Another  point is that P lives above the N and there no other assumption made about the N . So we can consider it at the bottom floor.  So position of P is 2nd floor.

L is in between  K and M so it has to be at 4th floor, so that K is at 5th and M is at 3rd floor. 

Remaining position is 6 , so O fix there.

So L and M lives on the floors between K and P. So option C is correct
