In the first half of 2^15 (on right side) we divide it into other two halves as 2^14 each, from that we satistifed each for 1st and 2nd requirement, In the second half of 2^15 (which is on the left side) again we divide into two halves 2^14 each and again taking one of the 2^14 we divide into two 2^13 each where we satisfy 3rd requirement for one part of 2^13….
