Referential Integrity in RDBMS

In the case of referential integrity in RDBMS, there are solutions for INSERT, DELETE, and UPDATE operation problems on Referenced Table (or) Base Table like ON DELETE CASCADE, ON DELETE SET NULL, ON DELETE NO ACTION, etc. But, aren't there any solutions for the same problems on Referencing Table?
