IIIT Hyderabad Exam Syllabus: Should I Study Unmentioned Topics?

The IIIT Hyderabad PGEE syllabus does not mention Compiler Design, Theory of Computation (TOC), or Computer Organization & Architecture (COA). Should I still study these topics?

Additionally, in the DBMS section, only SQL and Functional Dependencies are listed. Should I also cover topics like File Management, Relational Algebra, etc.?
