16 bits are added at a time...if i6 bits are not there in one row than just add zeros.//but here no need of adding zeros already in actual form

 4 5 0 0

 0 0 3 C

 1 C 4 6

 4 0 0 0

 4 0 0 6

 0 0 0 0

 A C 1 0

 0 A 6 3

 A C 1 0

 0 A 0 C

---------------

4 E 1 9===>complementing it we get B 1 E 6..

DETAILED EXPLAINATION IS BELOW..

adding unit digit we get  39 as sum then we convert it to hexadecimal dividing by 16 now we get 27 as answer so we put 7 in unit digit and 2 for carry in next hex. bit

adding 10's digit we get  17 as sum then we convert it to hexadecimal dividing by 16 now we get 11 as answer so we put 1 in unit digit and 1 for carry in next hex. bit

adding 100th place digit we get  62 as sum then we convert it to hexadecimal dividing by 16 now we get 3E as answer so we put E in 100th place digit and 3 for carry in next hex. bit

adding 1000's digit we get  36 as sum then we convert it to hexadecimal dividing by 16 now we get 24 as answer so we put 4 in 1000th place  digit and 2 for ADD AROUND CARRY.

FINALLY

2 |4 E 1 7 where 2 is a carry in msb so we add it as add around carry

   4 E 1  9

but crc is inserted as COMPLEMENTED FORM...SO WE HAVE TO COMPLEMENT IT...TO GET ORIGINAL VALUE

   F F F F

-  4 E 1 9

___________

  B 1 E 6
