First, solve the bracket, and then place consider the signs which outside the brackets...!!

 

((A+B)*D) ⬆ (E - F)) is given to us...!

Solving brackets we get...
((AB+)*D)⬆(EF)-)    -----AB+(1 term) and D(other term)-----> (AB+D*)⬆((EF)-) -----AB+D*(1 term) & (EF-)other term---->(AB+D*EF-⬆)

Hence, OPTION D is correct...!!
