For Syllabus there is a Link in upper side of Slide Bar Here

How to prepare ? No one can  Answer this because whoever answer this question will tell you their own strategy and there are near about 15857 students on Gateover flow and if they start telling you their strategy you year will be passed away just reading them..So you are here means you have almost done one fourth of your preparation now you just have to take care of 3/4 of it ...
