in a paged memory page hit ratio is 0.2,time required to access a page in memory=10ns, time taken to access secondary memory=100ns. what is EMAT

my expression: pagehit(memory access time)+page fault(secondary memory access time+memory access time)
=10ns+0.8(100ns)=90ns
isnt it correct?
answer given is 82.
it means they calculated it as 0.2(10)+0.8(100) =82
but they gave only time taken to access secondary memory, we also need to make another primary memory access to get the required page.
please explain
