Yes it is left factored.

As A and B are having single production,no need to check them.

S is having 2 productions, there might be a chance having left factoring.

Now, see first of those productions is disjoint.

So, there is no confusion, the grammar is left factored.

The grammar which doesn't have left factoring is called LEFT FACTORED.
