For some regions of the network may not enter into the ideal state, while in some other regions because of excessive load routers enter into ideal state and suddenly departed from that region, and if the load is further increases then it will lead to congestion, which means throughput of entire network decreases. 3rd) Since routers use links for transmitting their table entries. And sharing the table entries between the router is a kind of overhead over the network, so it will also affect the throughput of the entire network since each router in the network shares their routing tables.
