Gate 2018,Score, Suggestion needed

First of all thanks to anyone who decides to answer my question,been following this site for a long time now.I am hoping the community here would help me out.

I am getting 28.67 marks according to gate official answer keys.I belong to SC category.As per the app on this site i would get a score around(393,lets say around 350 just to be realistic with actual gate score)

Is there any chance of getting into ISM Dhanbad in Cse or Information Security?Will there be a seperate exam for me?Please guide me
