I think in this particular case the answer should be 22

• Stored information from L2 is read and stored on L1
•  Read from L2 takes 20ns and store on L1 takes 2 ns
   ⇒
•   Total time spent is  22ns

          tell me if I am correct or not ???

You are correct, yes. Since the size of the L1 cache is 4 words, only one word will be transferred from the L2 cache which will take 22 ns.

given that the data bus is 4 words, then why to consider only one word is transferred.
