Option 3 i.e Network layer 4 times and Data link layer 6 times is correct. Network layer is reached once on each of the destinations and the routers and data link layer is reached once on each destination points and in the routers it is reached 2 times for each router, once while decoding the packet and once while transmitting the packet.
