hello.. i am expecting 48 marks in gate cse. Is there any chance for psu or iit..???

If you are in general category,nearly no chance..

i assume you are general category, so  no chance but  try to apply for m.tech ra and ms in iits who knows you may get in, there is a possibility for m.sc in dec session at iisc ......you will get  iiits and nits..... its better you check previous year cutoff.............
