To check the equivalent between numbers simply convert it into decimal format.

$(224)_5=4*5^0+2*5^1+2*5^2=(64)_{10}$

$(100)_8=0*8^0+0*8^1+1*8^2=(64)_{10}$

$(50)_{16}=0*16^0+5*16^1=(80)_{10}$

$(121)_7=1*7^0+2*7^1+1*7^2=(64)_{10}$

Option $A, B, D$ is correct.
