Ans C - JMX.

JVM : The virtual machine which enables any computer to run Java programs. It provides set of APIs which consists of classes and methods which enables the program (any program compiled to Java Bytecode) to interact with JVM.

JVN and JMY : No such API. 

JMX : Java Management Extension. This is a standard API for management and monitoring of applications, services, devices and JVM.
