Does addmissions for M.Tech to IIT's or IIS'c require aggregate 60% marks for Engg or final year 60% marks

I have completed engineering in the stream of IT and have passed out with 67% in last year and my aggregate from first year to last year is 58%.So,while taking admission for M.Tech in good colleges like IIT or IIS or any government college after giving gate exam does they consider final years marks or marks from first year to last year.
