I think options A and B should be the answer. But in answer, only option A is given.

Things to keep in mind:

  A relation schema r is in 2NF if proper subset of CK cannot determine a Non-prime atttribute .

3NF says it should be 2NF but every non prime attribute of  R is non transitively dependent on each CK of R.

For relation to be in 3nf
(Not a SK) should not determine any non-prime attribute.
This makes option A true.

Option B is not true. A candidate key is formed to prime attributes and it functionally determines prime as well as non-prime attributes.
