Both s1 and s2 are true.
for s2 suppose u want 2 access an operand for which u have no absolute address  so for that u can  use indirect addressing through register 2 access that.and see in question it is given as "can be used"
if u r nt getting s1 then plzz tell me i ll also explain that.
