We'll be getting 3 eigen values...
0, 0, 3..

Now, for eigen value 0..
We are getting 2 LI Eigen Vectors..!
[ -1  1  0]'           [-1  0  1]'

And for eigen value 3..
We're getting 1 Eigen Vector..!
[ 1  1  1]'

So, total 3 LI Eigen Vectors are possible..!!
