Available programs in TIFR for CS branch

I have done my B.E I just want to know if TIFR has a MSc or MTech program or they have direct PhD Programs.?

I think they only provide Ph.D. Program for CSE Graduate?

That's what I thought too, but just now read this on their site, so not sure. Someone else can probably clarify.

Its not really clear can anyone from the community who has been there answer the questions.Can someone do I direct PhD just with a Bachelors degree? Do you need to have outstanding academic record cause mine isn't outstanding as such.
