OPTION A -> WRONG . BOTH HEADER SIZE IS NOT SAME .

OPTION B -> STUPID STATEMENT . IPV4 and IPV6 are address classifications, not protocols. The protocols used in them can be classified as connection oriented or connection less. Suppose if  you use TCP in ipv4 or 6  then it is connection oriented, while UDP is connection less.
