According to me,
A is false : They only send Distance vector to neighbouring router
B is false: similarly to A , and updates are only sent to neighboring router and not every router
C is true
D is false same as that of B

B and D are False as per the theortical defination of Distance Vector Routing Algorithm.

1. Distance vector protocols (DVR) send their entire routing table to directly connected neighbors.

2. When a network topology changes, a routing protocol like "Distance Vector Routing" would send updates to the routing table to every directly connected neighboring router in the network, allowing each router to update its own routing table based on the new information received
