Query about opportunities for M.S. at NUS Singapore

Question

How is NUS Singapore compared to old IITs(Delhi, Bombay, Madras)/IISc in terms of placements, research opportunities etc?

What is the admission procedure? And when does the academic year start there?

Are there any community members who are persuing academics there?

Both NUS and NTU are the top universities in the world and a way better "any" indian university for many parameters and going to these universities is also not easy.
