In case of Look-through:

Tavg = 0.95*30 +0.05*(30+300) = 28.5 + 16.5 = 45

In case of Look-aside:

Tavg = 0.95*30 + 0.05*300 = 43.5

difference= 45 -43.5

              =1.5
