@someshawasthi There are 10 elements in the set

u need 4 element subsets with 2 already in it so keep 2 fixed

now we have 9 elements as sets dont allow repetition of elements

out of 9 elements choose 3 in C(9,3) ways and since sets are unordered so no need to do permutations
