I have my doubts on choosing Msc integrated CsE and Btech Cse , both in merit im in a struggle

I have always been intrested in IIT couldnt crack them even though i did everything i could  i know that might be hard to comorehend but i got some colleges in merit as i always prefered CSE i couldnt decide if i should go for msc integrated cs or btech cse still deciding and i have 2

colleges with merit seats available and after that i intend to to take Gate for IIt

If I register as OBC NCL in Gate but I fail to submit my category certificate at the time of councelling ( because it requires latest certificate) , so will they consider me in general category or they will disqualify me???

Flamingos Fanny and Freddy have three offspring: Happy, Glee, and Joy. These five flamingos are to be distributed to seven different zoos so that no zoo gets both a parent and a child :(. It is not required that every zoo gets a flamingo. In how many different ways can this be done? here if i am using case method on children i am getting a different answer than when i am using case methon on parents, why is that?
