If a minterm is covered by only one prime implicant, that prime implicant is said to be essential, and must be included in the minimum sum of products (SOP)

here in Kmap all 1's in cell represent minterm and each 1(minterm) not covered by any of prime implicant so these are actually EPI.

and all EPI must be included in minimal SOP. so 7 is the ans
