I am reading Hamacher 5th Edition.

They have written this (Page No. 13)

But in Wikipedia i have this 

CPU time (or process time) is the amount of time for which a central processing unit (CPU) was used for processing instructions of a computer program or operating system

And Wikipedia seems to be right because for processor time why we would bother about main memory.

Please clarify this
